Refund policy

Non-returnable items

All sales are final, and we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sales are final for our subscription based services and your card will be charged automatically each billing cycle. If you no longer wish to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date. We do not offer refunds for unused time or missed cancellations.

Before purchasing your subscriptions, please include your most frequently used contact information (email and/or phone number) at time of checkout. 

No refunds will be issued once your service has started. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

If your item is damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us.

Upon our evaluation of your claim, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
